We do everything to ensure that your items are well packaged to reduce the possibility of damage during transit.
In the unlikely event of an item becoming damaged, please get straight in touch with us and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement.
We just request that you email us a photo showing the damage to the item.
Sorry, we are currently an online shop only so orders cannot be collected in person.
Personalised orders are typically despatched 7 working days from the order date. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive.
For personalised orders, you have the option to see a pdf proof before your order is processed. Typically, you can expect to receive a proof approximately 1-2 working days after you’ve placed your order. Please note that by requesting a pdf proof, 1-2 days is added to the leadtime. For an estimation of leadtime, please see the individual product page for further advice as production times can differ between products.
If you’d like a refund, products can be returned to us provided they are unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt of goods. This does not apply to personalised items which are non-refundable once your order has been placed.
Upon approval of your personalised order, we cannot accept returns due to any errors such as misspelled words. If a proof is not requested, we ask that you ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If a proof was requested, by approving, you accept responsibility for the design and layout shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, we are unfortunately required to charge for a reprint.
If you’d like to return an item, please firstly email us at email@example.com to let us know. Please send returns to the address below and we recommend you use a recorded/tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged whilst on their way back to us.
Upon receipt of your goods, provided they’re in their original condition, we’ll process a refund and will drop you a note to let you know we’ve processed your return.
Please note we ask that you return your items in the same way they were posted out to you. We take great care with the packaging of every item and use rigid card and other materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
